Jason Kottke writes a fantastic blog that all of us should be reading. I found this article through him and feel like if I didn't pass it along, I'd be doing the cohort a disservice. So read it. And be sure that you steer clear of Frank if you decide to talk about it.

OK, Ryan. Good list. What would it look like if we were to rewrite it in the context of the lessons we're trying to learn? For example, his last point:
Forget about reenergizing readers; it's the paper that needs fixing.
In other words, is it the journalists that need fixing? And the orientation they bring to the news and their work? Or management? Or both?
